canned artichoke hearts, drained

mashed feta cheese

tomatoes, cut into four pieces

salad oil

juice of lemon
salt, pepper as per taste
Instructions
Soak artichoke hearts in salad oil and let sit for an hour. Mix artichoke hearts and feta cheese in a bowl and turn into a salad dish. Arrange tomatoes around this mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
