Eggless Omelette
This vegetarian omelette is a quick and delicious dish which requires flour and veggies and chess and no eggs. It is a light meal and prefect for vegetarians.

- ¼ cup gram flour
- ¼ cup cup flour
- 1 tomato (peeled and chopped after putting it in boiling water)
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- a pinch of sweet soda
- ½ cup water
- ⅛ fresh coriander
- ⅛ finely chopped onions
- ¼ tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt
Heat a non-stick frying pan
add 3-4 tablespoons of oil
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture on it
spread it with the back of the spoon
Let it rise
Reduce the heat and cook until both sides are golden brown.
