Eggless Omelette

This vegetarian omelette is a quick and delicious dish which requires flour and veggies and chess and no eggs. It is a light meal and prefect for vegetarians.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup gram flour
  • ¼ cup cup flour
  • 1 tomato (peeled and chopped after putting it in boiling water)
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • a pinch of sweet soda
  • ½ cup water
  • fresh coriander
  • finely chopped onions
  • ¼ tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan
  • add 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture on it
  • spread it with the back of the spoon
  • Let it rise
  • Reduce the heat and cook until both sides are golden brown.
