  1. ¼ cup gram flour
  2. ¼ cup flour
  3. 1 tomato (peeled and chopped after putting it in boiling water)
  4. ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  5. a pinch of sweet soda
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. % cup fresh coriander
  8. ½ cup finely chopped onions
  9. ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  11. Salt to taste Oil

How to make an Eggless Omelette

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
  • Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture on it and spread it with the back of the spoon.
  • Let it rise. Reduce the heat and cook until both sides are golden brown.
