Recipe Ingredients– Eggless Omelette
- ¼ cup gram flour
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tomato (peeled and chopped after putting it in boiling water)
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- a pinch of sweet soda
- 1/2 cup water
- % cup fresh coriander
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- Salt to taste Oil
How to make an Eggless Omelette
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture on it and spread it with the back of the spoon.
- Let it rise. Reduce the heat and cook until both sides are golden brown.
