Ingredients
  

  • 1 canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 250 gms mashed feta cheese
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into four pieces
  • 100 ml salad oil
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • salt, pepper as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak artichoke hearts in salad oil and let sit for an hour. Mix artichoke hearts and feta cheese in a bowl and turn into a salad dish. Arrange tomatoes around this mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
