- 50 gms grated cheese
- 100 gms bread crumbs
- 100 grams butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- ¼ cup parsley
- salt to taste
Method of Preparation:-
- When the milk becomes lukewarm in a big pan
- add flour slowly so that lumps do not form
- Now add butter to it
- When the mixture thickens, add bread crumbs and cook for one more minute
- Remove from the flame and add cheese, onion, parsley, chilli, and salt and mix well
- Make the mixture thick enough to make small balls
- Then fry these balls in hot oil till they become golden brown
- Remove from the oil and spread them on paper
- Serve with tomato sauce
